Manages the Labor Management process in the center based on established daily, weekly, biweekly, monthly routines to ensure employee and customer satisfaction.<br> <br><br>2. Experience

SPECIFIC EDUCATIONAL/VOCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:<br> Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Psychology or related field preferred.<br> Or, 5 + years previous work experience preferably healthcare or LTC with proven track record in similar position, scheduling or payroll.<br> Experience with scheduling and pay practices in 24/7 union/non-union environment preferred.<br> Experience using computer to support work activities.<br> Willing to travel as necessary.<br><br>JOB SKILLS:<br>Interpersonal Skills:<br><br> Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to interact effectively at various social levels and across diverse cultures.<br><br> Maintains composure, confidentiality and resilience in dealing with all staff.<br><br> Strong customer service and service delivery orientation.<br><br>General Business Skills:<br><br> Strong planning, organizational and leadership skills.<br><br> Demonstrated clear and concise written and oral communication.<br><br> Effectively handles high level of detail and documents computer software.<br><br> Thrives on working in highly structured, compliance oriented position.<br><br><br><br>Analytical Skills:<br><br> Demonstrated knowledge of mathematical concepts including pay rules, base rates, premium rates, multipliers, percentages, averages, reconciliations.<br><br> Demonstrated ability to read, analyze, interpret and act upon performance metrics, e.g. HPPD, $PPD, %/$ OT, %/$ Agency, %/$ Premium, etc.<br><br> Demonstrated ability to solve complex business problems and balance competing needs of employees and business.<br>
